just open ur eyes and ur ear, and read lots of magazine
u can find lots of cheap stuff.
u can also mix n match things that u have in ur closets :)
just be creative..

well, have some expensive stuff will be good. but don't push ur self too much, dear..
they are lots of good stuff in reasonable price :)
everything is from ur self. if u feel comfort with ur self, it will makes you looks good :)
